California Software Company is considering sale of its business unit enterprise solution that comprises of Inatech Infosolutions and its subsidiaries. The board will meet on September 23, 2011 to consider, discuss and transact the business.
Recently, the company had closed its sale of Outsourced Product Development Business to ALTEN Europe, SARL for total consideration of around Rs 100 crores. The sale includes all the company’s tangible and intangible assets and transferred outsourced product development employees.
California Software Company operates as outsourced product engineering and enterprise solutions company in India and internationally. Its product engineering services include product development, testing and quality assurance, sustenance, embedded engineering services, and embedded systems design.
