2007 - The Company acquired 100% equity stake in International Innovations Inc. USA. International Innovations is a technology consulting company specializing in Enterprise Information Management Solutions

2008 - It acquired the balance 49% in Inatech Infosolutions, thus facilitating Inatech Infosolutions into a wholly owned subsidiary of Calsoft.

Also in the same year, pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation between the company and its wholly owned subsidiary -- Webspectrum Software -- sanctioned by the Madras High Court in February 2008, the undertaking Webspectrum software was transferred to the company.
