No: LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 and as per the Company's Code of internal Procedure and Conduct for regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by insiders', Sal Automotive has informed that the ‘Trading Window' for Trading in the securities of the Company will remain closed with effect from Thursday, 01st July, 2021 and shall be reopen after expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2021.
