In terms of the applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Vinati Organics has informed that the Company has received intimation regarding loss of share certificate from the shareholder: Anju Bhandari (Folio No: A01219), further details regarding the certificate are attached. The Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company, Link Intime India has received a request letter from the abovementioned shareholder and have informed the Company about the same today on July 14, 2021. Further, subject to completion of required formalities by the shareholder, the Company will issue duplicate share certificate in lieu thereof.
