Craftsman Automation’s board has approved the termination of the Joint Venture Agreement with Mitsubishi Corporation, Tokyo, MC Machinery Systems Inc., USA, Mitsubishi Corporation India Private Limited, India, and Mitsubishi Corporation Technos, Japan in order to focus on the increasing needs of the primary business. The termination of the Joint Venture Agreement will not have any impact on the company. The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on July 14, 2021, has considered and approved the same.
