In terms of SEBI circular No. SEBI/HO/ISD/CIR/P/2020/135 dated 23rd July, 2020, it enclosed the report in the format provided in Annexure A to the said circular, for violation related to Code of Conduct under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 by Vishali Jain.
