GNA Axles has informed about the sudden demise of S. Rachhpall Singh, Chairman and Executive Director of the Company on July 15, 2021. Singh was the Chairman of the Company since 1994 and the Company has benefitted immensely from the vision, guidance and support of Rachhpall Singh. The Board of Directors and Employees of the Company deeply mourn this irreparable loss. The Board meeting scheduled to be held on July, 16 2021 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results, both standalone and consolidated, for the First quarter ended June 30, 2021 has been cancelled and the new date of the meeting shall be intimated in due course.
