Stylam Industries has informed that it had considered and declared the Record Date as on 27.07.2021 for the purpose of Interim Dividend for the Financial year 2021-22. The company had calculated the seven working days (excluding the date of intimation and the record date) as per regulation 42(2) of SEBI (LODR), 2015. This shortfall of one working day occurred as the company was not aware of Exchange being closed on Account of Bakrid. In this regard, it has now revised the record date as on 30.07.2021 for the purpose of Interim Dividend.
