Eastern Treads has informed that 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 10 August 2021 at 3.00 pm. In compliance with MCA and SEBI Circulars and guidelines the holding of this ‘AGM’ will be through video conferencing ('VC')/ other audio-visual means ('OAVM') without the physical presence of the Members at a common venue. The business may be transacted through remote e-voting as well as e-voting during the AGM through the e-voting services provided by National Securities Depository. Pursuant to the Listing Agreement read with Regulation 30(4) and Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the company has submitted the copy of Notice of AGM.
