S.E. Power touches roof on signing MoU for installation of solar power plant

S.E. Power is locked its upper circuit limit at Rs. 9.62, up by 0.45 points or 4.91% from its previous closing of Rs. 9.17 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 9.61 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 9.62 and Rs. 8.72 respectively. So far 182710 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 9.17 on 19-Jul-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1.88 on 19-Oct-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 9.17 and Rs. 7.03 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 38.94 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 35.60%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 12.46% and 51.94% respectively.

S.E. Power has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for installation of Solar Power Plant of 800 KW at the Factory premises situated at Vadodara in Gujarat with Solex Energy. The said power plant reduces the cost of electricity for the production of the company and it will also helpful for the generation of green energy.
