Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, India Home Loan has informed the exchange that the Company has received a letter from CARE Ratings (‘Credit Rating Agency’), in relation to the revision in the credit rating assigned suo moto to the Bank Facilities and Non-convertible Debentures of the Company as details are attached. The Company has made timely payments of quarterly interest due on Non-convertible Debentures. Therefore, the Company has not accepted the suo moto rating released by CARE Ratings on their website. However, the Company has written to the rating agency about the anomaly in the ratings letter and any further formal discussion/decision, if occurs, will be communicated to the exchange.
