Further, through its letter dated June 28, 2021, the company has informed about the closure of 'Trading Window' for dealing in the equity shares of the Company by all designated persons and their immediate relatives from July 1, 2021 till 48 hours after the conclusion of the above-mentioned Board Meeting.
