In pursuance of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Urja Global has informed that the Board has approved the provision of Corporate Guarantee in favour of Indian Overseas Bank, Bahadurgarh ('Bank') upto Rs 4.50 Crores, in respect of the Credit facilities availed by Urja Batteries from the said Bank, and Based on the recommendation of Audit Committee at their meeting held on 23rd July, 2021, the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 23rd July, 2021, has appointed CASS and Associates, Chartered Accountants (FRN: 038288N) as Internal Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2021-22.
