The Company has appointed CS Anand Kumar Sahu, Practicing Company Secretaries, Raipur (FCS 7670), as Scrutinizer for conducting the Postal Ballot process in a fair and transparent manner. The company attached the following: Consent Letter of the Scrutinizer; Calendar of events for the Postal Ballot process; and notice of Postal Ballot.
