Urja Global has informed that Chief Financial Officer, Krishan Bansal and Whole time Director, Yogesh Kumar Goyal have been detained by GST department and inquiry has been going on under Section 132(1)(b) and (c) of CGST Act, 2017 as per the complaint received to the Company. Further the company has no involvement with the alleged matter mentioned in the complaint and the company is in the process of filing its clarification to the department. Any other update regarding this matter shall be intimated to the exchanges in the due course and shall also be put on the website of the company www.urjaglobal.in.
