Genus Prime Infrastructures has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/08/2021 to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the first quarter ended June 30, 2021; and in view of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and in continuation to the letter dated June 30, 2021 with respect to closure of Trading Window of the Company, the company also informed that the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company has been closed from July 01, 2021 for the Company's Designated Persons and their immediate relatives and the Trading Window will be closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the said financial results.
