Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, KSE has informed that the Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 12th August 2021, to consider and take on record, the unaudited financial results for the First quarter ended 30th June 2021. ln terms of the Company's ‘Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’, the trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company by Designated Persons stand closed from 1st July 2021 and shall re-open 48 hours after the announcement of the said financial results is made public. The same has been informed to the Directors and Designated employees of the Company.
