In terms of the applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Vinati Organics has informed that the Company has received intimation regarding loss of share certificate from the shareholder: Parkash Garg (Folio No: P00481). The Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company, Link Intime India has received a request letter from the abovementioned shareholder and have informed the Company about the same on today July 29, 2021. Further, subject to completion of required formalities by the shareholder, the Company will issue duplicate share certificate in lieu thereof. Further details regarding the certificate are enclosed.
