New Delhi Television has informed that in continuation of the disclosure made by New Delhi Television ('NDTV/ Company') on June 22, 2021, Prannoy Roy and Radhika Roy, the Founders of NDTV, have informed the Company as follows: In appeals instituted by each Prannoy Roy and Radhika Roy, assailing the November 27, 2020 order of the Securities and Exchange Board of India ('lmpugned Order'), the Securities Appellate Tribunal ('SAT') at Mumbai, at a hearing on July 29, 2021, has adjourned the hearing to September 7, 2021.
