Raminfo has informed that the Company has received Notification of Award (NoA) dated 29/07/2021 Awarding the services to act as Field Operating Agency (FOA) for Training, Coordinating and Monitoring Gram Volunteers / Secretarial Functionaries in Andhra Pradesh to the company with an Order Value of Rs 68.63 Crores from the ‘Department of Gram Volunteers/Ward Volunteers & Village Secretaries/Ward Secretaries’, Government of Andhra Pradesh. The contract period is extended for a period of 1 year from 01.03.2021 to 28.02.2022 in accordance to the terms and condition mentioned in the Notification of Award. The promoters/ promoter group of the Company do not have any interest in the entity which has awarded the Order; thereby the transaction does not come under the purview of Related Party transactions. This is for the information and in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
