Super Sales India has informed that in pursuance of the approval granted by the shareholders of the Company at the 39th Annual General Meeting held on 22nd July 2021, the Company has made an application to BSE on 29th July 2021 seeking re-classification of Sathpurushan Veluswamy from ‘Promoter Group’ category to ‘Public’ Category in accordance with Regulation 31A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Company will keep the stock exchange informed in relation to the Reclassification Application in accordance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
