IDFC First Bank has informed that the members of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee at its meeting held on July 30, 2021 noted that during the quarter ended June 30, 2021, total 50,87,199 stock options granted to employees of the Bank under IDFC FIRST Bank Employee Stock Option Scheme stands lapsed, terminated and cancelled, as applicable and the said stock options shall be available for grant/ re-issue under IDFC First Bank Employee Stock Option Scheme.
