Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (‘Listing Regulations’) Dynamic Microsteppers has informed that the board of directors of the Company on recommendation of nomination and remuneration committee, at their meeting held on July 31, 2021 have approved the appointment of Geeta Pandurang Sawant (DIN: 09259934) as an additional non-executive independent director of the Company to hold the office up to the date of ensuing Annual General Meeting. The details, as required, to be disclosed under the aforesaid Regulation 30 read with Clause 7 of Para A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, received from Geeta Pandurang Sawant is enclosed.
