Ujaas Energy has informed that in accordance with the provisions of regulation 18, 19, 20 of The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016, the Seventeenth Meeting of COC (Committee of Creditors) of Ujaas Energy Will be held on Monday, the 2nd August, 2021 at the registered office of the company to transact, the following business: To consider the request for amendment to resolution plan received from one of the resolution applicants and take appropriate decision with regard to ongoing electronic voting on resolutions; and to review the status of the ongoing corporate insolvency resolution process and to seek extension and/ or exclusion of time lost due to the Corona Curfew and lockdown.
