Further to be noted that the 'Trading window' for trading in the securities of the Company, has already been closed from 01st July, 2021to l6th August, 2021, in pursuance of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. Accordingly, all insiders (including Directors/their relatives and Designated Employees) are directed not to deal in shares of the company during the period of closure of trading window as stated above.
