Borosil has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Friday, August 13, 2021 to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2021. Further, as informed earlier vide letter dated June 29, 2021 and in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window has been closed from July 01, 2021 and is going to remain closed till August 15, 2021. The trading window shall open on August 16, 2021.
