With reference to its letter dated 3rd August, 2021 intimating about the resignation by Talati & Talati LLP, Chartered Accountants as the Statutory Auditors of the Company. Further to that, Eco Recycling has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, vide circular resolution dated 6th August, 2021 appointed R M R & Co., Chartered Accountants (ICAI Firm Registration No. 106467W), as Statutory Auditors of the Company to fill in the casual vacancy caused by the aforesaid resignation. The said appointment will be placed for the Shareholders’ approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
