Lumax Auto Technologies has informed that the 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at 03:00 PM (1ST) through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). In compliance with the MCA circulars, the Annual Report for the financial year 2020-21, comprising the Notice of the AGM and Financial Statements for the Financial Year 2020-21, along with Directors' Report, Auditors' Report and other documents required to be attached thereto, will be sent to all such members of the Company whose email addresses are registered with the Company/RT A/Depository Pa rtici pants. The Company has fixed Monday, August 23, 2021 as the ‘Cut-off Date/Record Date’ for the purpose of determining the members eligible to vote on the resolutions set out in the Notice of the AGM or to attend the AGM and for ascertaining the list of shareholders eligible for Dividend for the Financial Year 2020-21.
