To consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2021 along with the Limited Review Report issued by the statutory auditors of the Company, Approval of text of newspaper advertisement for publication of financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2021 and Any other business with the permission of chairman. In compliance with Clause 4 of Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, as informed earlier the trading window closured period has commenced from July 01, 2021 and will re-open 48 hours after declaration of financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2021.
