Further, in reference to the letter dated 1st July, 2021 and in terms of the provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for trading in the Company's Shares by all the Directors, Designated Employees and Designated Persons shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2021.
