In continuation to its letter dated August 10, 2021 wherein the company had informed the Exchange about the appointment of Rohitasava Chand as an Additional Director under the category of non-Executive and reappointment of Shravani Dang as an Independent Director under the category of non-Executive. Cyber Media (India) has informed that as per the requirement of the abovementioned circular the Board of Directors and its Nomination and Remuneration Committee while considering the appointment/re-appointment of above said Directors, had verified that the said persons are not debarred from holding the office of director pursuant to any SEBI order. Accordingly, the company has affirmed that the Directors being appointed/re-appointed are not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
