Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Lloyds Metals and Energy has informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 13th August, 2021, has considered and approved the resignation of Sneha Yezarkar as the Company Secretary (CS) and Compliance Officer (CO) of the Company With effect from closure of business hours of 21st August, 2021 and accordingly she shall be relieved from the duties and responsibilities of Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company with effect from the aforementioned date. The company has enclosed the brief details of the resignation as prescribed in Annexure A.
