T T has informed that the 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at 11.00 AM (IST) through (VC)/ Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). Further, in terms of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 20 of the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules, 2014 (as amended), the Company has fixed 8th September 2021 as the cut-off date to determine the eligibility of the members to cast their vote by electronic means and e-Voting. Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the company will remain closed from Thursday 9th September 2021 to Wednesday 15th September 2021.
