Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Thirani Projects has informed that Subrata Panja DIN: 07434783 Whole Time Director cum Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company has been resigned with effect from 16.08.2021 and in place of that Vijay Kumar Ojha DIN: 09281082 has been appointed as Whole Time Director cum Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 17.08.2021 till the ensuing Annual General Meeting, subject to the approval of shareholders. The details required under Regulation 30 of Listing regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 are given in the enclosed Annexure.
