Further to its letter dated 1st December 2015 under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, JK Lakshmi Cement has informed that the Company has disclosed the contact details of Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs) for the purpose of determining materiality of an event or information and for the purpose of making disclosures to the Stock Exchanges under the said Regulation. The revised contact details of such KMPs are attached. There is no change in KMPs.
