Gammon Infrastructure Projects has received an in-principle approval for amalgamating Pravara Renewable Energy, a 100% subsidiary of the company with itself. The subsidiary was incorporated for implementing a bagasse fired co-generation facility for generation of 30 MW power at Pravaranagar on build, own, operate and transfer at Pravaranagar, district Ahmednagar, Maharashtra. The board of directors of the company at its meeting held on November 8, 2012, approved the same.
