National Steel and Agro Industries has informed that 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, will be held on Friday, September 10, 2021 at 12:30 pm through Video Conferencing (‘VC’)/ Other Audio-Visual Means (‘OAVM’) to transact the businesses as set out in the Notice of AGM for which purposes the registered office of the company shall be deemed be as the venue for the Meeting.
