Further to its letter dated July 17, 2021, HDFC Bank has informed that Bank has completed pricing of the US dollar denominated Basel III additional Tier I notes (the ‘Notes’). Further, the company has informed that the Issuer and the Lead Managers have also executed, the Subscription Agreement with Lead Managers appointed for the Issue.
