The Company is pleased to provide to its members the facility to exercise their right to vote on the resolutions proposed to be passed at the AGM by electronic means. The date and time of remote e-voting facility are as follows: Cut-off date for determining the eligibility to vote by electronic means or during the AGM-Tuesday, 15 September, 2021; Date and time of commencement of remote e-voting-19 September, 2021 at 10.00 AM; Date and time of end of remote e-voting -21 September 2021 at 05.00 PM.
