The company has informed that the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed on and from Tuesday, the 21st September, 2021 to Tuesday, the 28th September, 2021. It has enclosed the copies of newspaper publication published in different newspapers asking the shareholders for registration of their email ID.
