Moody's Investors Service has upgraded Vedanta's senior unsecured notes to 'B3' from 'Caa1'. Moody's has also changed the outlook on all ratings to 'stable' from 'negative'. It has affirmed holding company Vedanta Resources’ (VRL) B2 corporate family rating.
Vedanta is a diversified natural resources company, whose business primarily involves producing oil and gas, zinc- lead-silver, copper, iron ore, aluminium and commercial power.
