RCI Industries & Technologies has informed that the 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at 10.30 am (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC/ Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). The Company has fixed Thursday, 23rd September, 2021 as the Cut-off Date/ Record Date for determining the members eligible to vote on the resolutions set out in the Notice of AGM or to attend the AGM. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Friday, the 24th September, 2021 to Thursday, the 30th September, 2021 for the purpose of AGM.
