Man Infraconstruction has informed that the Nineteenth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Thursday, 23rd September, 2021 at 11.00 am through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Video Means (OVAM) facility in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, rules framed thereunder and the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Further the manner of attending the AGM and casting votes by shareholders thereat is set out in the Notice of the AGM. Further, pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed during the Book Closure period starting from Friday, 17th September, 2021 to Thursday, 23rd September, 2021; for the purpose of Annual General Meeting for financial year 2020-21.
