Sonal Adhesives has received approval from board of directors to sell/ transfer / dispose off Company's property (Undertaking) comprising of land with building admeasuring an total Square meters 6020 of land, comprised of Survey Nos. 28 being situated at Khopoli on such terms and conditions as may be deemed fit by the Board, subject to approval of Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The Board of Directors at their Meeting held on August 25, 2021, has considered and approved the same.
