Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Union Bank Of India has informed that the Ministry of Finance, Government of India vide notification no. eF. no. 4/2/2021-BO.I dated August 26, 2021 has extended the term of Manas Ranjan Biswal, Executive Director of the Bank for a period beyond his currently notified term which expires on February 28, 2022, till the date of his superannuation April 30, 2022, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
