Lead Financial Services has informed that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, 15th September, 2021 to Tuesday, 21st September, 2021 for the purpose of 28th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Tuesday, the 21st day of September, 2021 at 11:30 am through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), to transact the business as per the notice of ensuing Annual General Meeting. Further, Company declared that it will accept for registration transfers that are lodged with the Company upto the date of closure of the transfer books and will register such transfer forthwith.
