Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder as amended from time to time, and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Friday, 24th September, 2021 to Thursday, 30th September, 2021 for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and the cut-off date shall be 23rd September, 2021.
