Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, the Register of Members will be closed from 21st September, 2021 to 27th September, 2021 for the purpose of 30th Annual General Meeting. In view of the carried forward losses, the Board has not recommended any dividend for the year ended 31st March, 2021.
