As per regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, MOIL has informed that as per the Order No. F.No.4/8/2015-BLA dated 28-06-2016 of the Government of India, Ministry of Steel, M.P. Chaudhari was appointed as Chairman cum Managing Director of the company (MD) for a period of five years from the date of assumption of charge of the post on or after 01-09-2016, or till the date of his superannuation, or until further orders, whichever is the earliest. In this regard, it is to mention that M.P. Chaudhari had joined on 01- 09-2016 as Chairman-cum-Managing Director of MOIL. Accordingly, he has completed tenure of five years but has not attained superannuation which falls due on 31-10-2022. Further communication in this regard from the Ministry is awaited.
