Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’) as amended from time to time, the company has submitted the copy of the Annual Report 2020-21 of the Company which is being sent through electronic mode to the Members. The Annual Report 2020-21 will also be uploaded on the Company's website.
